YES i drove it like this for about a week or two.LOL HEY IT WAS LEGAL... the steel bumper and the impact foam was there along with all lights so it was legal. trust me i asked a local cop before driving it on the road.LOL i just wanted to test the car out even more before i bought the rest of the body panels. and it was all good. tho i did get some funny looks driving around town. LMFAO
