What years AT will fit in 01 EX
I have searched and discovered that there are not a lot of nice things being said about Honda's AT. That being said I have a 01 EX that had a manufactured tranny installed about 3.5 years and 65k miles ago at 105k. This tranny is now making real strange noises the mechanics are not sure what it is but are confident that the tranny needs replacing again. I am not in a pace to be able to pay for a reman unit again, not sure I want to put that kind on $$$ into it anyway. I am trolling the salvage yards around here looking for a used with low miles.
Question is what years are a direct bolt in swap? Would love to be able to look at a 05 for mileage sake.
