would you rather put in a new motor, or do a clutch job? the unnecessary wear on the engine will make your engines life drastically shorter. we are all hard enough on our cars as it is, if you can wear down something that is MADE to be worn down (brake pads) instead of something that wears down as a negative side effect (engine) do it.

i resent that comment about women riding the clutch. i can drive manual better tahn most guys.
