help with filler bolt!!!

Default help with filler bolt!!!

okay well today i tried to pry my filler bolt loose, it wouildnt budge, striped it a little and it got a little round but i still think i can get some grip on it, took it to a shop, they said they can crack the bolt off the car, but i would have to buy a new filler bolt to replace it with since its cracked.... wut should i do ??

you should fill it through the veghicle speed sensor hole instead. Much easier.

somewhere on top of the tranny...look in a haynes manual

i looked in the haynes manual, doesnt say anything about that, it says the only way to checl,fill ti is takign out the filler bolt, if it matter its a 92 civic 5spd with hydraulic tranny

Look where the VSS sensor is, you CAN fill through there and it IS much more comfortable. Use the manual to find that sensor. Of course it wouldn't tell you to fill it through there...
