Clutch Question.

Clutch Question.
Tried searching couldn't find what I was looking for. What would be a better idea to get a new OEM Exedy Clutch & Flywheel or get a Stage 1 Exedy Clutch & resurface the OEM flywheel I have now? I have I/H/E and JRSC in my '99 EX and this is mostly for daily driving probably very little, if any, track time. Also does anyone have any experience with those F1 Racing Clutchs and Flywheels from Gripforce on eBay?

i'de go with the stage 1. if your s/c then your goin t o be needing the extra holding power that stage one offers, maybe even stage 2, but if i were you and kept with the jrsc then i'de consider the lightned flywheel b/c sc's work up there in the rpm range. but if you plan on turbo'ing the car then ide stay with the oem style

ive personalyl drivin a stage 2 and its very similar to the stage one as in feel.. in my opinon... i know for the fact that stage 2 is rated to 400 hp...
