its gonna take time and some sweet. its probably gona cost around a G or more. sine you have a d-series motor your gonna have to get a hydralic d-series tranny, pedals, shiftlinkage, the clutch, flyweel, and pressue plate, axles, motor mount for tranny and some electrical stuff.

yes all holes shoudl be there. But you will need all the things stated but I think the axles may be the same. Not sure on that though, hafta check part numbers.
One thing to remeber is when you pull out the old shifter make sure it is in park and then lock all cables in place cause if that dumb little auto cable gear sensor thingy slips out you wont be able to take your key out of the ignition
