I have an ACT racing clutch kit. Extreme series.

Extreme pressure plate PN# H-025X , and 4 pad extreme race disk part# 4220010.

I am putting this on my turbo integra 91. A friend was telling me to get the 6 puck instead of the 4 puck. He said the 4 puck is designed for drag racing only and would be difficult for a DD.

I plan a using the car maybe a few days out the week,. Lets say at the most 20 days a month. I do not plan on going to the drag strip or racing.

So would this clutch kit i have be too much? What alternatives do i have. MAybe an ACT kit but not the extreme series? thanks

sounds like you are looking for an organic street disk not any type of puck clutch

that 4 puck clutch is gonna be a major hassel i have a 6 puck and its tough i also have the extreme plate though i say 6 puck or somthing organic and sprung

 

ok i'll check ebay any other place u know of that sells what i'm lookin for?

so you have a 6puck and it is tough? I am extremely busy with my engine right now but i wanna get info so i can have the tranny finished so i can bolt 'em together.

How do i know if i have LSD. my tranny is YS1 and other numbers. But when i asked the owner he said that whenever he drove he would leave 2 skid marks when pulling off. So maybe an LSD was installed? How hard is it to install the LS differential in a tranny?

 

take of your axles if there is a bar inside of the hole you do not have LSD..i have a 6 puck and couldnt imagine going further for a daily driver if so look foward to uneven sized calf muscles
