Default 88 std clutch problem....erg!

i had my clutch replaced like 5 months ago and ever since i got it it will slip every now and then which is pissing me off.

Today it was doing it really bad on the freeway and then i went to a meeting and after letting it sit for about an hour and a half it runs fine....

it only seems to slip if im driving it then turn it off for 5 min, then start driving it again...

Does anyone have any idea wtf is going on with this shiit?does it need adjustments or somthing, some type of fluid leaking?

any advice would be apreciated, i just dont wanna throw another 150 bux for a new clutch
