YES!!!!
well all day i worked on putting my axles in. LITERALLY all day. well it took like four hours to get the passenger one out, for many reasons. one, i didn't have a 17mm wrench, so i went to kragen to get it. so i spend like 8 bucks on one ****ty wrench, powerbuilt i believe. so i get home and i am trying to take off the rod bearing or something, i forget what i was wrenchin on, and what happens, it breaks. so now i only have the box end. WOO HOO!!!!! so then i end up useing the stupid box end to take all the stuff i need off and i finally get it all off. finally. then me and my dad get the new axle to put it in and guess what, ITS THE WRONG ****IN PART!!!! man was i angry! so i go back to the store, which is across the bridge so i have to pay toll, and i go in and i show the guy and he is like oh sorry i got you the part that was for everything except hatchbacks. WTF!!!! i need the the one for the hatch! i told him that! so then he refunds me and stuff and he ends up only having one of the axles, WONDERFUL!!!! so i have to go like another 10 more miles and go get the other one.
so then i get home and i install the axle, on the passenger side, and i start to bolt everything up, it takes like a hour or two. its horrible. i started at like ten and finished at like 6. ha. well at least tomorrow it will be much easier!

RE: YES!!!!
Ive always head honda axles are a breeze to change, like guys snap em at the track and they miss one or two runs because they gotta swap a new one in. Were you using a haynes or anything? Prop would have made sense.

LOL I hear ya, do you have any idea how frustrating it was for me to install my turbo kit? I had no idea what I was doing (I read a lot, but never did it before) Well, it took lots of beer and smokes, but now I dont smoke anymore, so I just do 2X the drinking!

RE: YES!!!!
yeah i used haynes, but it was like all of my suspension is stock. from 91. so all the bolts and nuts were frozen. so that why i had so much trouble, and the dude gave me the wrong stuff. but your right mill$, i DO feel hella accomplished, its a great feeling.

RE: YES!!!!
1day? ur lucky...took me about 4 days(maybe like 10 hrs all together). the axles nuts were such a PITA. then once i got all the bolts and original axles off, i went to put the new ones i got and turned out they, for some reason, didnt fit right. bought new ones, got em in and thought i was done, drove around and had tranny fluid leaking. took em out and turns out the spring clip didnt really clip like it was supposed to so i adjusted it and now finally everything is done.
