Well Drag has many wheels that are the same as Rotas and they're a little bit cheaper (and easier to get a good combo deal on... discount tire direct has free shipping/mounting/balancing), so take a look around that site at the drag wheels

I just wanna make sure i wont have any fitment issues with these sizes..

Rim 16X7 4-100

And also was wondering whats the best place to get nice lug nuts from? that hopefully wont cost a fortune...

Thanks!!!

I think that's the exact correct tire size for 16" wheels on your car.

Lug nuts... not really such a thing as cheap nice lug nuts... unless you don't mind the funky looking Muteki black short lug nuts. I myself prefer a traditional hex lug... for aftermarket ones that look good you gotta pay a pretty penny.
What style and color lugs do you want? i.e. extended, open ended, short, locking, hex shape, funky shape, etc.

I personally prefer hex lugs on any wheel. It's personal preference. How much are you wanting to spend, maximum?

Well there are these:
http://inlinefour.com/mutekilugnuts.html
(You can find them for ~$45 shipped on ebay)

I had them and they were nice and all, but as I explained before my personal preference is a hex lug so I bought Volk Rays black lugs later on and that's what I use now.

Then there are these, but they don't have black

I would say to get these but they are out of stock (they have been FOREVER)

There are some Mugen hex lugs for about $100
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idcategory=172

Then there are Blox extended lugs for $60
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idcategory=172

Buddy Club extended lugs for $20 per set of 4
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idcategory=172

Skunk2 for $80
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idcategory=172

Deevo (never heard of them until now) for $17.50 per set of 4
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idcategory=172

T1R for $17.60 per set of 4 (I WOULD GET THESE IF I WERE YOU)
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idcategory=172

And I am extremely picky with certain things, so these are the ones I have:

I saw them, decided they were my favorite, ignored the price, and clicked buy. lol

The extended will fit, it's just personal preference. They are made for extended lug bolts, but you can use them on regular lug bolts. I had 5zigen ones and they were nice but I didn't like how they looked on my wheels (5 spoke). I think the extended lugs only really look good on a wheel with lots of spokes like you are getting.

Keep in mind that many of the more expensive sets come in a set of 20, not 16, so you actually end up having 4 spare lug nuts in case anything happens... which is a great thing to have. If I stripped out one of my Rays lugs, I wouldn't be crying about the price of the lug nut (since I have 4 spares), just about having to replace the lug bolt. lol
Check the picture and description to see how many lug nuts you get.
