what kind of suspension is best for me?
my suspension is shot, i'm going to replace all 4 sides with new suspension.
i would get coilovers but they cost alot, and im not racing on a track.
the roads where i live are HORRIBLE (bumps, cracks, and pot holes everywhere!!)
as of now when i hit a bump of any size my car bounces 3 or 4 times i dont like that..
i would also like to lower the front of my car by like 1in. but i dont want to pay over $500 for a whole suspension set...
what kind of suspension should i look at, and if you know good places to buy online, Please Send The Link
Thank you ALSO-- i have a 2001 civic lx coupe stock everything

Well i'm not very knowledgable (if thats a word haha) on 01 and up but i feel that 500 isnt guna get you anything more then stock. I bought koni struts for around that, then paid more for springs and then later coilovers. I'd look into different setups. your best might still be stock if you dont wanna go lower(cuz of your roads)

At one inch, you're probably going to want something along the lines of Tein H-Tech springs and stock replacement struts (Tokico HP "Blues" would be fine). You'd be cutting it close with a budget of $500 though.
For the record, suspension is one of the last things I'd try to go cheap on.

in the future, make sure you only make one thread per topic. Also, you posted your other thread in the "product review section". That section is for product reviews only. Don't post questions in that section.
I would do H&R OE Sport Springs and KYB GR-2 Shocks. That'll lower you .75" (but in my experience you usually get a little lower than what the spring manufacturer says). I would estimate that to be about a 1" drop.

If your suspension is simply too bouncy, it sounds like it's just the struts being worn out. If you want to stay at stock height, just get new struts and an alignment.
AGX's are decent struts, and at close-to-stock height, you won't have any issues. They do leak if you lower your car 3"+, though... ask me how I know
