Tire rubbing

Tire rubbing
Ok,
Since I had the car, whenever I turned to the left the rear back tire would rub on the fender. Recently I had my tires changed and now it rarely happens on the right and only occurs on the left now, which it never had.
At first I thought that maybe while the car was up, the spring came out of its pocket so I lifted the car and the springs were both in the socket. I don't know what could have happened because I watched the tire change the whole way through and they did nothing to the car that shouldn't have been done.
I don't know my tire size right off hand so if you need them, I can run downstairs and check them. They're all the same size lol
Maybe my shocks are bad? I was thinking of replacing them, but don't know if its worth it right now if the problem doesn't become resolved after the change.
Any help is appreciated .

or you could always roll your rear fender lips.
or if you have those rubber inner fender covers you can just pull those off the rear lip if its just verly rubbing and you have them.
but those tires are just not the right size. not only are you rubbing but your speedometer is also being thrown off if your going 60MPH on your gauges your really only going 56.5mph
if you just got those tires new then i would take it back to the tire shop and tell them they gave you the wrong size and you want the right size for your car!
if you want to check tire sizes use this site that is very helpfull

ya you do. unless your using stock wheels. with a lowered vehicle and wider wheels they just wont clear the rear.... UNLESS you like negative camber. tho myself i think it looks very bad in the rear.

Rolling the fenders is just a band-aid. It doesn't fix the actual problem. Besides, if your car sits like my old ej1 did, even with the stock wheels, and you didn't have negative camber, the tires would still rub.
Negative camber is functional; it helps with stability during turns.
Rolling the fenders is not.
