I'll go with springs since the ride comfort is a little bit better than coilovers but if you want to adjust your ride height then coilver is ur best bet. Tein and eibach is one of the best company out there for springs and coilovers.

I would get a new shock too while ur at it. Consider looking into tokico too.

I agree with HondaCivica, springs will give better ride comfort, coil-over has more adjustment.

just depends on what you want, if you want a lowered ride, but not slammed, go with springs, but if you want to be in control of how low you car goes, get coil overs, springs have better ride quality though.

Definitely springs. And I don't know what kind of ride quality you're looking for, but the Eibachs are a little on the soft side for my taste. I prefer H&R or Tokico. Just my two cents. And yes, definitely plan to invest in a decent damper/strut kit as well.

For any of you who have coilovers, how do they ride on the interstate at 75mph?
