I have a 2002 civic ex 4 door and I want to lower my car at least 2" to where the fender is flush with the stock tires. I am on a budget and dont want to spend the alot of money on coilover kits.
I would get lowering springs but I read that a lot of people that use them, their front in a little higher than then the rear. I was going to use the Neuspeed Race springs at $199 and when I looked at the shock that fit my car, the total comes out to be about $800.
My next choice is the Skunk2 coilovers that are $286 and I will have to pick my shocks to go with them. I figured I might as well get the Skunk2 coilovers because I know I could adjust the height that I really want. What budget shocks would be good with these Skunk2 coilovers?
I also need to buy the Skunk2 alignment kits also......
So I figured I will be spending $286+$25(front alignment)+162(rear alignment)+(which ever shocks that fit)=
So I need to find the buget shocks that will work with the kit....
