keep in mind you will mostlikely need to get a wheel alignment done after lowering your car

yea i know aboout the wheel alignment, would ialso need a camber kit , its a 1.75 inch drop??

ok. usually, if u want ur car lower and to handle better, u'll need shock/struts(shocks and struts are essentially the same thing so stop thinking their different and look at them as one part) AND the springs. i dont have a picture of my setup but here is a picture of my friends setup showing u what is what.



u'll want both shock/struts(again same thing) and springs. if u get the Tokico springs, u'll NEED to get the shocks/struts because the OEM shocks/struts are not designed to work with a ride height as low as that set.

I've lowered my last three cars atleast two inches or more and the tread wear was not noticably uneven so i would say your safe without a camber kit.

For my first time lowering i got a 1.75 in drop spring kit and it didnt lower as much as i thought it would so i bought coilovers and dropped it more.

i live in nyc with tremendous potholes and i dont believe coilovers and potholes are good together, whats your opinion??

haha yea your better off with springs. i go to collge in cincinnati and thats not a fun ride either thru the city but coilovers are more fun in my opinion but not good for your wheels and tires.

yea i mean im putting a polyurethane body kit on so itll be an inch lower than stock, but im getting 17 inches wit low profile tires, how many inches of dropping be4 rubbing with my wheel well with 17 inch rims wit low prof tires?
