new wheels came!

Default new wheels came!

my exel speeds came in on 215/45/17 and they look good on my floor...painting my drums black and calipers red tomorrow and putting them on...ill be sure to get pics up by the end of the day

Same here my konig unknowns came last week but i havent mounted it yet. too cold right now (i live in canada). Let me know about those tire you got coz i got the same size 215/45/17... im worried about rubbing. Im lowering the car too in the next 2 weeks atleast 1.2"... anyways, its good to know i got someone who has the same size tire... i have a civic 02.

lol seriously, get some pics up asap... I want to see how they look! (good choice with the black drums... I hate when people paint their drums bright colors... it just looks gaudy)

And Jerzy, I don't think you'll have to worry about rubbing, but I'm not 100% sure, having not lowered my car yet.

dito but ive always heard 205-40-17s

thats what i ran on my civic when i had my 17s and i didnt have any rubben issues with stock height of course

in the rear they should be fine but in the front will be the problem. IF thier is a problem

i put my wheels on today with 215/45/17 on 2003 civic lx coupe and theres no rubbing,...the ride is only slightly worse than stock and the handling is much improved

you'll be good to go stock suspension i wouldn't keep those tires and lower your car then you could be in trouble...u might be able to lower it an inch...or less with no problems i woulnd't go anymore than that tho

Thanks... yeah im thinking about lowering 1" only i have a set of skunk 2 coilover...
