Can the H&R not be used with stock shocks?
...I was just thinking about buying the S-Techs.... But maybe not? How are they once you upgrade to some Tokico blues or something along those lines?

Camber is rotation around a horizontal axis and toe is rotation around a vertical axis.
Hm... if your wheels are leaning inwards... that's negative camber.
Try this for an explination of toe... hold your hands (your tires for this explination) out flat palms down both of them pointed straight away from you, that's when you have no toe which is about what you want for regular set ups. Now, keeping your hands flat point your fingers twards each other, that's toe in. Usually this is not good. Now, point your fingers away from each other, that's toe out. Most performance set ups will run up to .15 degrees of toe out on each wheel.
Toe is what really effects your tire wear more than most anything else. To much toe and you'll be grinding your tires off. Other things contribute though... exessive camber and tire pressure can create uneven wear.
Here, try this on for size, there's little pictures of what everything is. This is a pretty standard, slightly agressive alignment set up.

hmm.. well im not looking into the performance scene yet just looking to make my 18's look sweeter with a lower car. so where's a good place to get the tein s springs from..
