Default lowering struts and springs any tips for instaling them? or things i need to look out for...

well ok ... i realy wanted to bag my civic with some air struts BUT i dont think ill ever save that much $$ up.LOL my best checks are W2 check once a year. LMFAO

and well i plan on buying my new rims in the next few days BUT no tires for them yet. LMFAO
BUT after i put them on im definatly gonna get some drop springs like 1.5-2inch drop.... something like that and hope for NO rubbing issues and hope i dont havea camber issue

but anyways i gotta drop the fender gap! and i see alot of people runnen drop springs and struts.... but im going for cheap quick drop.... some springs seem to bethe easy way and some alignment of course.... dont think id like to slap out more money for new struts unless i have to... and i believe all my struts are in good condition...

well ya i had already planed on buying some real Stechs or what ever... my link is on my old computer i forgot to transfere it....
BUT im not racing.... automatic stock motor = no good for racing. LMFAO

im just wondering.... are the struts a must for comfortable drop springs.... or just extra for a stiffer ride?

the valving in the aftermarket shocks will better control the stiffer rate of the lowering springs. If your springs are too stiff for your shocks then your car will bounce all over the place.

o ok... so if i get the Stechs i shouldnt have any problem with having to replace them...

TEIN S-Tech Springs

Special Notes: 1.9" front drop, 1.7" rear drop. http://www.procivic.com/pages-produc...617/index.htmlthose were the ones you guys convinsed me to get with my last drop thread awhile back....guess i should ask now has anyone with these springs/ stock struts had to buy some camber kits so they alignment was right.... or not...

Just the other day someone on the forum told me that S-Techs are designed to work with stock struts, so i say go S-Techs and you'll be all set

and what im saying is it doesnt matter. in real racing suspension matters a long time before power and drivetrain.

and again... im not racing my civic.....
BUT that wasnt in the question at all!

i was asking was it a MUST to replace struts with these drop springs... and if thiers any camber kits NEEDED to do just the drop spring swap?????????
if i had another civic thats a manual.... id race it... BUT this is my daily driver for comfort and great milage... if i get another civic stick.... then id slam and hammer it. LMFAO
