I would suggest if you are putting on a new suspension to spend theextra cash and get LCA's as well. that's my plan anyway

Did it!! All it took was that 3/8" cobalt bit for the drill and some oil on the tip of that bit and it was out in 15 minutes! Pretty much disintegrated the bolt but hey it works now.
The cobalt bit is key, I think, for anyone who runs into this problem again. Hit it for about 5-10 seconds, re-oil, repeat...It worked wonders...
So I get to keep to my budget on my HX, the reason I wasnt going all out w/ poly bushings, new LCAs is b/c my car has 248,000 miles on it. I bought it as a DD to save money from driving my Jeep, and it has paid for itself in a year. But man, it has got me hooked on Hondas so I wanted to do a little something to it to make it more fun to drive so I picked up my H techs and kyb gr-2s for 150 complete... keeping the price down.
thanks for all the advice yall, back on it now!

If you get new lca's get the factory ones that have the holes for sways. Factory one's are considered to have some of the highest quality bushings and they won't bump you to a higher class if you decide to autocross down the line. Also cut down on the bling factor. Just a suggestion.
