Just got new tires and they rub... Need some advise!

seems like tire people really don't know much about the products they sell, they are just punching a timeclock. As is my experience with the tire industry anyway.

215's are too big for a 6G. get 205's.

they told me to go back tomorrow and that they would swap them out, so i'll have the right set mañana!!! (tomorrow in spanish for those of you who don't know what mañana meant)

i got 215/45/17 on a 7th gen. should i be fine?

If I remember right, Hammer = BAD when rolling fenders.

Use a base ball bat. Insert the bat between the fender and the tire. Then using the tire as a fulcrum gently press down on the handle of the bat to roll the inside lip of the fender.

That is the right way to do it, or am I thinking of something else???

7th gen tire diameter are almost an 1" bigger than 6th gen.

you have to heat up the paint around the fenders so the paint dooes not crack

thats because its a 7G. those tires are much too large for a 6G or earlier.
