What year? Just about any proper size for a newer Si could be considered low-profile.

umm... how about the PROPER size, lol. if you want a lower profile tire then you will need to size up the wheel to compensate. Unless you just dont care about your speedo being accurate and you odometer going up faster than it should since your wheels are rotationg more times to get you where you are going.

195/55-15 will be around 23.4" diameter. 205/55-15 will be around 23.9" diameter. Stock 185/65-14s for the '00 EX are around 23.5" diameter. I'm betting that your speedo reads a bit high with stock tires, so I'd go with the larger tire if the rim is wide enough for it.

well right now theres 195/65/r15's on the rims. when i turn all the way, they are pretty close to rubbing, id like to keep how wide they are, but go down a size or twoheight wise. so ur saying 205/55-15 is my best bet?

For the same width, you'd want the 195/55-15s. The tires on the rims right now are pretty tall.

well, if you shorten the height then the speedo will be off.

well yeah, but the tires that are on there now are bigger than what comes stock on them, thats why im gona go with the 195/55/15. i read up that thats pretty close to the stock tire on a 00 si.
