how much and how intense is it to do a drum to disc conversoin.

are you planning to do this for any reason other than appearance? it's a very VERY difficult task and finding the parts could also present difficulties. it's not worth it.

Its not that bad at all, and you'll stop so much better. I plan on doing it this summer.

Its really not that hard simple bolt up if you find the rearend off the right car...ef is real easy....what car do you have?

i got an ef hatch that i want to do this, dont u just take everything from the spindle on, off a early 90's teggy? im still lookin into it myself so i might be wrong, thanx(sorry to steal the thread i just thought id get my answer without having to start a whole new one for the same thing)

you can use the trailing arms, calipers, rotors, pads, lower control arms, stabilizer bar from any integra all the way to 96 for sure...my first brake conversion i did was for my crx dx and i got the parts from a 96 ls....my more recent conversion i got parts from a 93 teg....but instead of all that stuff i just used the actual disc brake assembly

yeah i was going to get the whole assembly and get new rotors(cross drilled, mainly for looks) and pads of course

you'll really like it...car stops on a dime with the 4 wheel discs....you should get aDA master brake cylinder and a DA40/40 proportioning valve you dont have tobut it makes everything work better

They've been on ebay alot lately.....40/40 valve is going for like 35+shipping and a little more for the master brake cylinder....best bet other than ebay is find someone parting out a DA or hit up the junk yard there are alot of DAs in junk yards
