o ya raw steelies FTW IMO they beat the factory weak hubcaps... at least for the 96-98 13s.LOL

but if its rubbing the fender lip then try to take off that horrible plastic strip and see if that is enough to clear then... hopefully it will be enough.... but when you put the rims on the car youll definatly need to roll the lips unless you keep some negative camber to tilt them in.

3* of negative camber never hurt anything

But yeah, taking the rubber strip off the fender lips should be enough to clear the lip with the steelies. I'd say look around and see if you can find a place that rolls fenders locally since you don't trust yourself to do it. If you have rubbing problems with the stock wheels you'll probably have rubbing problems with aftermarket wheels.

*I'm not sure if the paragraph there makes much sense... I tried typing as sensibly as possible, but my ADD kind of kicked in halfway through so I might have messed something up lol... sorry if I did *

An aftermarket wheel and tire center (such as Sound on Wheels) or any other customization shop. Your backyard mechanic won't be there to help you roll your fenders.
