Default Do these rims look okay? Need tuner lugs yes or no?

I want to buy these rims.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nippo...ayphotohosting

Are they ok or cheap or has anyone heard of them?
Also do I need tuner lugs or can I just use mine?

I have a 2001 civic ex with 15 inch rims. Is the 4x100 and 38 offset okay?
Thanks

personally, I like 'em... they're a little chrome-ey like Fiirkan said, but they still look amazing. The bolt patten and offset are fine, and you'll probably need tuner lugs.

if they say they should have tuner lugs then id get tuner lugs..
for 2 reasons...
1 tuner lugs use a key... so your typical lugnut socket will be on the key not touching the wheel itself... so less chance of scratchen up the rims with the socket!
and 2. well again they use a key so its alittle security as well.

and id rather buy them online then at your local autostore cause everyone in your area can buy them as well... and thiers only so many keys per brand so thiers still a chance of a pro having a complete key set but more unlikely.

their nice wheels, just not feelin chrome...chances are u'll need tuner lugs, if not, u'll still prolly want them. oem lugs look lame with nice flashy wheels like that. Nippon is like Rota and Flik, a knockoff brand but still not bad for the price.
