Smile Buy tires online?

Is it cheaper to buy tires online, than at a shop?

Im buying new rims, what do you think? Im upgrading my 14' to 15'.
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...w=7&vid=006057

Also the site's say's my tire options are, 195/55-15 and
205/50-15. Which is a better size to get/ or has the lower profile/side wall?

I like those rims, there nice. I believe that the 195/55-15 are a wider side wall. and the 205 50-15 are less. I'd get more sidewall personally for a smoother ride. but some people like those low profiles and get the once with like no side wall. anyway I think that's how it goes though, if i'm wrong somebody please correct me.

Correct, tire diameter is ~0.4" more with the 195/55/15.

thanks for the replies, But what about where to buy my tires?

Do you think going from 14 to 15 will look like a size change?

The shipping on that site ends up costing like $15 more than free shipping at discount tire.

if discount tires gives free shipping then definitely go for it. i'm guessing the site i gave you had free shipping as a promotion. i hear good stuff on both of those brands, from the reviews i googled up, the Hankook seems to have the better review.
