20 x 8.5?

20 x 8.5?
will a 20 x 8.5 be too wide and tallfor my 06 civic EX fender even when running a 225 / 30 / 20?

I think the biggest rims here on HCF is Absoulute's 19"s, and i think thats ridiculous, although i dont think they look bad. But on a daily driver, 18" is the biggest i would get. On the newer gens, the cars are bigger so you can get away with some bigger rims, 17"s would be better for ride quality but if you dont really care, i'd say get 18"s at the most.

Haha, i saw 21 once on an 8th gen...I wish I knew where the picture was. It actually didn't look horrible, but the tires were about as thin as my finger. Definitely don't go much bigger then 18 unless you're willing to have a really bumpy ride.
