chasis has 140k. engine about 40k total......the engine with proper tuning is designed to handle about 18psi daily. it may be ugly but it sure can smoke the tires good!! and eat mustangs and camaros for lunch all day!! thanks guys. i am really trying to be a honda owner, you guys seem to be close with each other where as rx7 guys are always in competition w/ each other...they're rude and cocky. if you dont have 400whp with them, you're a pee on.

 

the only thing that makes the engine ugly is the fan shroud but i am running the clutch and an efan so i could remove it if i wanted.....the exterior only needs the molding in to be finished and painted. the way it is i think it is an EXCELLENT trade for what i am asking for. a 13 sec car for a 17 sec car.

 

not all the rx7 guys are cocky, i'm a FD owner and i know a lots ppl that own a FC or FD. btw my friend got a ls2 FC. good luck with the sell.

 

if i end up keeping the car i will go LS1.....in a FC stock they will get like 25mpg and have tons of hp and TORQUE!!!! at a local race track there was a woman that had a chamelion(sp?) painted FC with a 454 big block in it. it was awesome. she said that they didnt even have to cut the frame it went in with no probs. FC's and FD's have tons of potential whether rotary powered or not.
