the motor runs and i have everyting for it. the motor does idle like hell. i am not sure why. it runs and is complete. make me and offer on the windshield. i am not sure how much i want for this stuff i will think right now and try to come up with some prices and post them. i would prefur people to tell me what they would pay and go from there. i live in Ft Wayne IN 46845
