I've got a brand new, never used, factory alarm system for 2001 – 2005 Honda Civic’s. *This is a direct fit, plug-n-play alarm that does not require any modification*. This alarm retails from Honda for $170.



This alarm allows remote operation for all ’01 – ’05 Civic’s except for CX and DX models, which use passive operation and arms when all the doors are closed (entry delay disarms when the key is inserted into the ignition). The alarm sounds the horn and flashes the lights when triggered by a door trunk opening.



This does not add keyless entry to CX, DX, and VP models, however, the factory keyless system can be purchased (not from me) if keyless is desired. 2001 – 2004 HX, LX, and GX, and 2005 HX require addition of keyless entry system.



I purchased this with the intent to install in my car, but when I pulled apart the lower dash, I found that there was another harness still remaining from an aftermarket alarm that the previous owner had installed. Instead of trying to figure out what the previous had messed with in the harness, I have decided to sell the alarm and locate the alarm that fits my current harness.



Installation and operating instructions will be included, but I will have to know your year and model to provide the correct installation instructions for your application.



*A small hole is required to be drilled in the upper steering column cover for fitment of LED.
