shipping would be like 15-20 due to size, the panels are power where everything mounts on the armrest

absolute....

just the fenders, i did the full conversion but i guess somehow when i ordered it i ordered 2 sets of fenders and id rather sell them outright than to ship them back and pay a restocking fee and all that other crap...
