Default FS: 92 Civic HB with B18B1 Motor and Tranny

I have for sale a red 92 Honda Civic Hatchback VX with a LS motor and tranny. I purchased the motor and tranny from my friend, which came out of his 98 Integra LS. The odometer reads 182,512 miles as of this post, but the motor has less than 100,000 miles. It was installed by Evolution in Arlington Heights - I believe they closed down that location and are only in Chicago now. Here are the specs (I'm going to be as thorough as possible):

If a part is not mentioned, than it's stock.

- Body Color: Red
- Engine & Tranny: 98 Integra LS (B18B1) motor and manual transmission
- OBD Type I (94/95 LS ECU)
- Suspension: Tein H-Tech springs with KYB GR-2 struts and Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings - installed a few months ago at SPL in Arlington Heights
- Wheels: Stock tires from a 2001 Civic LX with the 92-95 EX/SI hub caps. Also included are the stock 13" alloy wheels, but the tires are bad.
- Stanley amber side markers
- Amber corner lights
- White Grillcraft grills
- Air intake (not CAI)
- Z-Speed front upper tie bar
- Short shifter
- Neuspeed rear lower tie bar
- Silver e-brake with carbon fiber insert
- Pioneer CD / MP3 player
- Sylvania XtraVision headlight bulbs
- Ventshade window visors
- Painted the rear plastic panels red and installed Pioneer speakers into them
- Sparco pedals
- I'll throw in a DC Sports shift **** - the stock one is installed right now
- No power windows or locks - it's a VX.

The car does have its share of issues:
- There is quite a bit of rust on the rear fenders - it's pretty bad.
- The paint is fading, especially on the driver side front fender.
- Paint is chipping on the front bumper.
- The passenger door handle / inside handle mechanism is broken - it can only be locked by the key (can't do it from the inside) and opened from the outside (a while back, someone poped the outside handle to steal my CD deck).
- The main dashboard plastic piece is cracked / broken, because on a separate incident, someone jacked my tape deck and CD changer. I do have a replacement though, just not installed.
- The glove compartment was broken as a result of the noted above incident as well. It hangs from the top and will not latch at the bottom.
- Definitely needs a brake job.
- The nut that holds the strut to the hatch window broke off, so I had to improvise.
- No AC - the unit was removed during the engine swap.
- The black molding at the bottom of the windows is peeling off.

I'm not trying to scare anyone away by it's issues. I just want to be forthcoming and honest. I don't want to hide anything. If I forgot to mention something, you can see for yourself with the pictures.

I'm looking to get $2000 cash and would like to sell locally. I am located in Mundelein, Illinois - about 40 minutes north of Chicago. It's night time right now, so I'll take and post pictures tomorrow. If you have any questions, please send them to rob_s_cho@yahoo.com. Thanks for your time.
