FS: 1997 Yellow Civic Hatchback Turbo Clean!!!

I'm in college now and I need to sell my hatch.
97 DX Civic Hatch with Sohc vtec turbo (carb legal) with CLEAN TITLE
Engine:
Approximately 40K on D16
Y7 Block with Y8 head (will include brand new balanced Y8 pistons and rods which are balanced to 0.5g)
15g greddy turbo kit with JRC Black FMIC with approx. 1,500 miles on the kit (never ever raced!)
Car still has AC
Just installed a 255 walbro fuel pump and new stock injectors
Apexi WS2 full catback
JG cam gear
Ex intake manifold and tb
B20 tb included but not installed
Turbo XS MBC included but not installed
Civic Ex tranny with sale but not installed
Suspension:
Skunk2 Coilovers
Tokicko adjustable gas shocks
Suspension technique front and rear sway bars
Megan front strut bar
(will include authentic JDM ITR strut bar for $50)
Progress front and rear camber kit included but not installed
Exterior:
Ferrari yellow paint job (Door jambs and everything painted! extra clear coat)
Mugen RNR's great condition with all caps and key with Falken Ziex 512's
JDM Sir lip
VIS Carbon fiber hood
Shaved moldings
Shaved antenna
Shaved rear hatch window wiper
Interior:
Momo Championship Steering Wheel
Si front seats (all seats in great condition)
Full carbon fiber bezel with two guages
(Electronic oil temp and oil pressure)
3 Pillar guage pod with guages
(electric fuel pressure, boost/vac, air/fuel)
Ex center console
Ex guage cluster
B&M dual bend short shifter

All performance modifications were performed at Wicked Street Garage in Garden Grove. Car was maintanced regularly (my brother is a mechanic at honda) i.e. oil changed every 3,000 miles, recently changed out spark plug wires, spark plugs, cap and rotor.
Without a doubt, I love my car and want to find it a good home. I worked hard on my car. Car runs very strong, just needs to be tuned. I have yet to really test it because i was waiting until I got it dyno tuned. But now I am up at Berkeley and I refuse to bring it up with me because people like to play bumper cars up here.
