1994 Civic DX hatch (Albany, NY) front end crash damage
I'm selling my 1994 Honda Civic DX hatchback that I just crashed on tuesday, 12/5. As you can see from the pictures, the damage is only to the front driver side of the vehicle; there was no support installed because the car (before i bought it) had had a body kit installed, and they removed the support bar for the original bumper. The motor, exhaust, suspension, radiator, drivetrain, wheels, and body are all untouched, so the car could easily be restored. The motor has about 50,000 miles on it; I just compression tested it: each cylinder was between 165 and 180psi, and a leakdown test revealed that each cylinder had no more than an 8% leakdown (that is VERY good). It has eibach lowering performance springs all around, KYB performance shocks all around, all new polyurethane suspension bushings all around, an MSD blaster coil/cap/rotor setup, 9mm plug wires, and NGK platinum plugs (installed in early November). The tires, all but the rear driver's side, are in great condition, and retail for about $125 a piece. The rims are 17", and apart from some paint scratches, are in good condition and could easily just be repainted and look good as new. It has the rear disc brake conversion from a civic SI, and is fitted with all steel-braided and coated brake lines. The interior is in very good condition; its missing the plastic cover for the driver's side door handle, and the carpeting around the location of the PCM and the same on the driver's side is no longer attached but that's an easy fix. It has (minus the front bumper now) a full polyurethane lip kit, including rear window spoiler. Easily over $5000 invested. The only reason I am selling it (instead of fixing it at school) is because I do not have the time to restore the damage, and need a daily driver for work. If anyone is interested in buying certain parts off the car for a good price, I would be willing to do that if noone wants to buy the car as a whole. Local pickup only, obviously.
Apparently my pics are "too large" for this stupid site, so email me if you want some!! LittleDevil7447@msn.com
