Okay, I'm selling my 1993 Civic SI hatchback
It's got 138,000-ish miles(give or take a thousand) and has:
[ul][*]power steering[*]air conditioning[*]manual windows and locks[*]power moonroof[*]tape player/radio[*]D16Z6 w/vtec[*]5 speed manual tranny[/ul]


The good:
[ul][*]short ram intake[*]short shifter[*]aftermarket muffler[*]cam gear[*]brand new accessory belts (alternator, power steering, A/C[*]brand new timing belt and water pump[*]no rip's in the interior (i'll have those pictures up in a day or two)[*]2 brand new component speakers (tweeters mounted on panels next to speakers)[*]disc brakes all the way around[*]replaced the front rotors and pads (10 months ago)[*]replaced the front struts/springs but i just got the cheap struts and you really can't tellthat there's new struts on there strictly based on the ride[*]the transmission doesn't grind in any gear and the synchro's aren't going so it shifts smoothly[*]Me and the last driver were non-smoker's and the last guy had it for 4 or 5 years at least[/ul]
I got the shifter, the muffler, and SRI all on ebay at the same time and themuffler still sounds the same as the day i got it, it's aftermarket but it's not obnoxious(with the silencer on it). The short shifter feels really nice going through the gears and you can tell you have the intake as soon as you're at full throttle.

The Bad:
[ul][*]The quarter panel rust (obviously)[*]The paint overall[*]The back glass is pretty scratched up, i bought it like that and didn't realize it until i got home, so i don't want that to happen to someone else.[*]the clearcoat on the shifter **** is kind of starting to peel off from the top (the difference between buying name brand and not)[*]needs an alignment, starts shaking pretty bad once your up to 80 but is comfortable cruising at 70 mph[*]the rear struts probably need to be replaced[*]there's a spot on the dash that's a little mushed inwards because the guy before me had a 2 x 4 or something and it was jabbing into the dash. It's not ripped, its just not smooth like a dash should be.[/ul]


The quarter panel's on both sides are pretty rusted above the wheel and down towards the bottom closest to the wheel. On the left quarter panel there was a fender bender and the guy before me just did a little quick fix but it doesn't really stick out.

This has been a great car for me, i planned on keeping it for a really long time, but i just really need the money right now. I'm going to MSU and living like **** because i don't have any money, and my family has an extra car right now.

The car's due for an oil change about now, and i have the stock airbox that came with it along with a k&n stock filter, a honda oil filter, and a set of brake pads for the front(they got thrown in when i bought it but didn't realize it and bought another set)

I'm located in Royal Oak, MI 48067 it's about 10 minutes north of Detroit. I Go to school at MSU so i'm willing to drive anywhere about an hour away from royal oak, or lansing, or anywhere in between because it won't really be out of my way too much.

The body is in rough shape. It has scratches and swirls all over the place, and dents but no serious damage, just the rust.I have snowtires that are on it currently and are about 50% worn.

The body instantly put's this car in fair condition, and the blue book in fair is about 2,000 but the interior of this car is really nice and the engine's running great. This could be a great commuter car, a nice looking eg with slight mods, or a badass **** if it was boosted. All you really need to do is get some lowering springs and some struts and this is an awesome car.


I've been completely honest in this description and i really want to get this sold as soon as possible, the price is $2,150 or best offer.
