Lol. Well the only way his I-ROC can't be caught on radar is if it doesn't exist.

 

Even if its made out of a special type of metal. It would need to be extremely aero dynamic. So it would bounce off off and and not go back to the radar gun. Its a t-top which would mean that its not aerodynamic

 

It's an IROC, which means it's not very aerodynamic, lol.
