Spring Break Trip 56k beware
Well I just got back from a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona and San Diego, California. It was for my Spring Break and I went with my fiancé. We had an awesome time and we took a ton of photos, over 250, so I can’t post them all. Here is a couple of things we did. We woke up at 3 am and a friend of ours took us to the Indy airport. We boarded the plane at 6:00 and took off at 6:40 am. We arrived in Dallas and then had a delayed flight so we waited about 3-4 hours for our plane. We board our plane and the a/c is not working right so we have another hour waiting to take off. Finally we took off to Phoenix. Here is a picture from the plane.
Landed in Phoenix and met my grandparents. From there it was a long ride to San Diego, about 7 hours with all the traffic and stops.
View on the way there
Made it to Califonia
There are some pretty sweet sand dunes there. People come out and park their RVs for the weekend and bring their ATVs, dune buggys and bikes to
come and conquer these dunes.
Stopped at Denny’s in El Centro, CA and found this sitting outside.
End of the first day of a long long week. We woke up and checked out view from the hotel and ended up realizing it was a view of the bay in San Diego.
Pretty sweet view if you ask me.
Close up of the ship.
We got around and went to the San Diego Zoo which you cannot see all of it in a day if you wanted to.
Even got a picture of Peg Leg while we were at the zoo.
The next day we ended up going out to La Jolla, California to the beach.
OCEAN!
Awesome photo here
One of the many nice looking houses.
Later that day Sareina and I went out with my brother and his fiancé. Did you know a Top Gun scene was shot in San Diego? I didn’t until my brother showed me this!
The actual piano Goose played on.
Later that night we met up with Adam (AMG) and hung out with him for a little while.
Damn JagerBombs
Sareina with the thumbs down on Adam’s Mini, sorry my camera sucks in the dark.
Left San Diego the next morning and headed back to Scottsdale. Bus stop in Scottsdale
Went to the best place that served burgers that I have ever had. They had a pretty good alcohol selection, sucks being 20!
Sareina found this after dinner, awesome place to get a picture perfect photo
Typical Arizona house
Tree hugger, lol.
Sareina looks much better next to the palm tree
That was our trip, hopefully it wasn’t too long for you to endure. I would recommend going out to San Diego or Arizona, they are both sweet places to go. We plan on moving out to Scottsdale after we are done with school.
