my Str.t/S-tech install pics
for those who havnt seen my other thread, about 2 months ago I got some used Tokico Illuminas and unknown coilovers on craigslist for 200. after waiting on 2 broken LCA bolts and a week of driving they started leaking oil. I got taken.
So after that I was forced into the position to shell out for new suspension, and after a lot of research I went with Koni Str.t and Tein S-Techs.
I have had them on for 2 weeks now and just got an alignment. They ride almost like stock and I havnt come close to bottoming out. Corners where I would normally slow down to 35 can be taken quite easily at 50. Drop is about 1/4'' less than 2 finger gap. I am very pleased with the setup. I payed 280 for the konis and 145 for the stechs. Got lots of free stickers for under the hood too.

thanks, im real happy too. final test will be this winter with the potholes and 2-3 feet of snow. I talked to a guy with coilovers in my town and he says he never bothers raising them for winter even though he got them for that purpose.
