Default K23A1...who will be the first?

As im sure most have heard the RDX is Acura's new SUV putting down 240hp and 260lbs-tq with its TURBO 4-cyl running at 13.5psi. Unfortunately i have not had the opportunity to drive one yet, but the few mechanics who have say its a quick little SUV. So my question is, who will be the first to drop a K23A1 into a civic or integra? Im guessing the mounts Hasport already has out will work since it is a K-series but im not 100% sure. I guess the real question is if a K20 or K24 tranny will bolt up, if not youll have to swap an automatic?! But then if you swap trannies you loose AWD, so another question is, whats better AWD Automatic or FWD 6-spd?

seems like there would be little point since a k20 with bolt on gets near those hp numbers...granted a lot more torque, but if you're already slipping the tires in first, there's no point to the torque.

a K20A3 with I/H/E comes out to about 140-160. But I head a very wierd engine that was had 163 fwhp. Just adding the turbo kit, cams and all that other stuff ur looking around 250-260. With a very well done up tune. If some one knows what he is doing. So just adding basic bolt ons will not get a k20 any where near 260 Hp. And also think that engine has a turbo kit on it so with out it it may be pushing 140-150whp.

Well first stop bringing the K20A3 into everything, its a K20A wanna be. 2nd, its 240hp not 260 hp and that is engine hp not whp! So a k20a with bolt ons making 220 whp is making 240 at the crank easy.

ahhaha what a joke

my pathfinder v6 is spitting out 240hp and 260lb ft without a turbo. You dont need that k23a1 bs engine. Get a k20 with bolts on. Plus its 4wheel>AWD>RWD>FWD. So an AWD is better than FWD for traction
