I'd roll down the window, or, since the glass will probably be broken, crawl out. Just out of curiousity, since I always here people saying the "how do you get out if you flip your car?", how many Civics have you seen flipped?? lol. Also, how many people open the door when a car is flipped? Just google flipped car and see how many cars you see that the doors can open... ...Most cars will squish when flipped and crush the top part of the door frame, pinching it in between the car and the ground.
So normal doors vs. lambo doors = you're screwed either way.

LOL!!! I actually had some douche ask me if my car was a lambo today. I hope to God he was joking!!!
Edit: I actually heard that lamborghini stopped putting those doors on their cars because when the shock goes bad it's hard to open and close the door, and the owners did not like that.
