How I mounted my camara using a tri-pod
I was going to use polys thread to post this but other people asked me to take pics a wile ago, so here you go,easy, fast and full controle of were you want it to shoot
First pic, you can see i mounted one of the poles between the glove box and passenger side seat, the other 2 poles are just to set the hight..the pole between the seat keeps it in place
Second pic, you can see i mounted the 2 poles on the seat, and the other pole i put between the seat and the door
And this does stay in place, the video i took with this set up i was doing about 70km/h around a sharpe on-ramp and as you can see it didnt even move, you can put some clothes around the poles that are mounted between the seats to add some more stiffness if you want
**heres a video when I tested it out

Hope you don't mind me jacking, but I thought I'd post an alternative method of mounting a camera.

RE: How I mounted my camara using a tri-pod
I saw your post a few days ago and figured I would give it a try. My goal was to make it for as little as I could.
Aluminum scap -- Free, found it in the dumpster at school.
Bolt -- Free, had one laying around that worked great.
Wingnut -- 25 cents.
Here you go.
Here is the short vid I did. I had the settings on the camera too small so sorry for that. VIDEO
