Frank is the owner of a Honda Civic B16A2 Turbo with 250HP. That isn't so unique, but this Honda Civic has an automatic gearbox and the throttle can be controlled completely manual... Frank is paralyzed in both legs, but this didn't stop him from building his dreamcar...

I love seeing this kind of stuff. At a couple of AutoX schools I instructed a couple of military combat wounded soldiers who both had a leg amputated. They had hand controls for the brake/gas and also a "suicide" **** on the steering wheel. They did great and it was a a ton of fun. Good to see you can still enjoy your car to the fullest even in those conditions.
