Can't quite tell...Sounds like either "cut" or "pop"...Maybe, "Cut the rig (rigging)" I know that if a part of the line gets hooked over the chute when you pull the handle, it'll fold over the chute, making a big chute and a smaller one creating a spinning motion. But it looks like the lines were tangled, so I was prolly saying "Pop the rig (rigging)." I was taught that if the lines got tangled like that, you were supposed to reach up the lines as far as you could, pull yourself up, then let yourself drop. Doing that a few times should (knock on wood) untangle it. Only had that happen once...Someone set my chute up bad, and I started spinning (not that bad, but still made me dizzy). Very scary thing.
