I honestly dont think the Skyline was racing or it was stock/ near stock. The Skylines are kick *** and everything but nothing out of this world when stock or near stock. It's a 3200 or so pound car with like 300hp stock.

^my thoughts exactly. This discussion comes up everytime that video is posted. It just doesnt seem like the skyline is even trying.
Marty's right, outta the box they're nothing spectacular. But they're detuned. All you have to do is up the boost and you're well on your way to eating a LOT of other cars on the road.

If I had a Skyline modded or not and a civic was trying to race me I would just act like they were not there. Not talking trash on honda/civic's but it's the truth. It cost in the area of $20g's to import a Skyline and that is not even counting the price of the car and R34 GTR's go for somewhere in the area of $80,000 to $100,000
