I just got a laptop with the new intel core 2, 2Gs of RAM, I think like 120G harddrive I'm not sure I have to check.
I opened up a 500 page Adobe Reader file in about 3 seconds, it's amazing. I've been installing all of my new software in it, it took me barely 30 seconds to install all of Adobe Premier and all of it's aiding components.
Aaaaabsolutely rediculous, I love this thing.

Just built a new Core 2 Duo based server. Crazy fast considering how cheap it was ($1700cdn before tax).

i have the new macbook w/ intel core duo
with 2.0 ghz processor 2gigs of ram, a 160gig internal hd and WD 500gb external and it can handle a looping/performance program aswell as a massive instrument rack and as many tracks as i can jam into a song easily...its quite a machine
