Honda vs Toyota
As a community of Honda lovers, in general, what do you think makes Honda better than Toyota? Or what do you think Toyota is doing better than Honda? It could be cosmetics, aesthetics, power, the engines, reliability, costs, maintenance costs, resale value... Anything.
My household owns one Civic, one Accord, and two Toyota Camry's. I've driven all of them at some point. Personally, I like the way Honda's look, sound, and ride. I don't know much about engines and all the specifications that go along with them, so I can't comment on that.
Also, my name starts with an H, so I like to think the H logo on my car was meant for me. ;] And the first two letters in my VIN are HG, which are my initials. It's destiny~

I'm about to lease a 2013 Civic LX, and among others, also test drove a new Corolla. It took about 2 seconds in the seat of the Corolla to know it was getting scratched off my list of cars to check out. VERY cheap looking/feeling interior. Exterior/mpg's is what got it on my list with the Civic, Focus, Cruze, but I was very disappointed. This will be my first Honda, hoping for 3 years of 30/39 mpg and great reliability. Maybe I'll end up buying it out in 3, or turning it in for a new one again.

3 days and 50 miles into my new '13 Civic LX, and no complaints here. Ride and comfort are what I'd expect from this car class and price range. Not sure I care for the Astrostart I had the dealer install, but it's better than no remote starter when it's -15 deg in the a.m. All in all, it's head and shoulders a better car than the Corolla I test drove.
I'll report on mpg on first fill, my driving is mixed, so I'm expecting low 30's combined in winter conditions.

I have owned CR-V previously then Toyota Fortuner (Bought from local dealer in Jakarta Harga Mobil Toyota Avanza, Fortuner, Yaris, Rush, Alphard ). From my point of view, Honda cars comfort to drive whereas Toyota cars more economical cost in maintain and service.
