You should be able to find what you need in Ohio. I don't know if you're by Columbus, but they seem to have quite a car scene there.
no, im east of columbus...i dont know of any shops besides jegs...and i dont think they do tunes...but the "car scene" here in zanesville is riced out, primared body kit civics, and v6 auto mustangs thinking there fast because they have neons...then there is my super smally group of buddies with stock paint, and 90% of our money spent on performance. (by super small i mean about 8 people)
so, if you know of any shops in columbus or near there, id be happy if you pmd me, i dont mind taking my car like 60 miles or so...im just not going to drive to freakin texas...(haul it) you know what im saying.

Closest I could find ya is Cincinnati. http://hrtuning.com/pages/category/dealers/

NepTune is damn good though. 500-600 for the system and tune is standard pricing. However, I think NepTune is offering their systems to the public now. http://www.evans-tuning.com/neptuneupdate.html So you might be able to buy one and take it to someone in Columbus that isn't a "dealer." You'd want to contact the tuner there to make sure they could do it though, before purchasing the NepTune board.

Another system a lot of people recommend is Chrome (sp?). I know nothing about it though.

All I can tell ya.
