Honestly, race fuel will run better at even low boost levels, you just want to make sure you tune it properly. However, a good tuner can make 300+ horsepower on 93 octane. What setup are you currently running? What motor?

Yea thats true. When you run over 18 lbs of boost usually thats when you need to start using some race fuel. You should run some 112 octane or whatever you can get your hands on. To run over 20 lbs you need bigger injectors. You need some 750cc or bigger. I max out my 550cc at 15 lbs of boost.

Nice Setup, but it makes me wonder. If you know this much about your setup you should know that you should use the fuel you were tuned with. You can be tuned for pump or race gas. You might be able to get away with using 93 octane.......consult your tuner first though, as he will know much more about your car than us.

yeah, every setup is different... the only difference in "race fuel" is its resistance to detonation, basically its a more controlled spark. with 20 psi of boost and only a small intercooler I'd say race fuel is almost a must. But if you have a decent sized intercooler and you are running enough fuel then you should be able to get away with pump gas at 20 psi. The main thing right now is making sure you are getting enough fuel, if you are running a bit on the rich side you could possibly get away with 93 octane. Look into water injection (check out www.snowperformance.net if you are interested), you have a nice setup and WI will definately help prevent knock and probably get you quite a bit more power by being able to further cool the IAT's and run more aggressive timing.
Do you know your current a/f ratio?
