for right now i need to just connect the wastegate and bov i was told to run the bov to a vac source on the intake manifold and the top niple of the wastegate is just if i have a boost control and the bottom niple to connect to the turbo it self is that right or not

No you can connect the bottom nipple to a vacuum source on the manifold just like the bov. Some people use the turbo cause some turbos have a nipple for that reason but either way will work.
