look, turbo and nitrous are both forced induction. I would go turbo because of the $$$$$$. Its not as expensive as everyones makes it seem........besides the fact that you dont have to fill it up every so often....I just love how ppl bash nitrous w.o knowing about it.........Nitrous is good if youre just looking for a decent gain for under a grand..........but remember, upgrading fuel management IS A MUST with nitrous...........internals isnt..........

good call, youll enjoy being able to shift more than just slapping power adders on your auto. a little info on safety of n2o.....my old 1.5 bone stock have survived over a year of spraying an 85 shot. my buddies b18a1 has survived close to 2 years on a 150 shot direct port internally stock. but like stated throughout this thread....long term cost far exceeds a turbo set up. my last turbo set up was roughly $700 all said and done. thats the cost of most direct port n2o kits.

OK not to jack the thread but speaking of fuel management for N2O, I'm gonna be running a dry kit over the summer, should I spend the money on a piggyback now? I have plans on stage 2 cam and all internals about a year from now and I was planning on puttin in an EMS at the time. Should I pick up a used one on Ebay for now and sell it later or just hold off on the N2O till I can put in the EMS?

upgrade the fuel pump and get a good adj fpr(not the b&m junk) and your good to go. at least thats all i run and have never had a problem.....although i grew up around nitrous so my dad taught me how to properly tune. although im not a n2o guru i hold my own.

^ I thought about that, but if I do go wet it won't be till much later. Besides I have all the plumbing, wiring, etc. hooked up for the dry kit.
