Well, if you have used the neat little search function he have you will have found some into on turboing an auto
and how alot of people here are, let's just say 'against' it.
And i think you need to do some research on your own (not just online, check out some books) and learn more about what you think you want to do.

ok sure amd myu bad this is the only time that i didn't use the little search bar...
what i want is a little extra power not a lot but more than stock....
as far as people against it well they drive what they want and i will do the same...
Heck yeah i know that a sick would be the best for turbo but I would go awhole different route with that in mind...
This car will be handed down to my oldest girl so why in heck would i give her a car that has too much power for her own good...
thanks for your help

your going to be giving her a really fast car.

Why would you turbo it for just yourself, if your going to only have it for 2 years. I'm sure your daughter could care less if she had that extra hp. Also if you want more speed out of a stock car i wouldnt by an auto civic. DONT DO THIS

yea it's not that we hate automatics and that's why we advise against it, it's because honda automatic transmissions don't hold well when they are on a turbo'd engine.

If you put a turbo on that car, it's gonna be probably too fast for your daughter than you would prefer. Also, it would affect the reliability of the car.

Intake, Header, Exhaust would be your best bet. For a little hp increase, and throttle response. Just make sure you get good quality parts, and not test pipes so it doesn't sound rediculous, or ricey.
